Great location, spacious room, pleasant staff & tasty breakfast. No issues, enjoyed my stay in NYC at Best Western Gregory Hotel. Would happily return.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides event facilities, including conference space and meeting rooms. The staff was helpful in setting up the meeting room, and the facilities were well-equipped, contributing to a productive work environment.

One service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable Wi-Fi connection, which would have enhanced my efficiency during the offsite meetings.

The property was fairly clean and staff was amiable. Savoury breakfast including cereal, eggs and hot waffles. We had smooth check-in on arrival.

I loved the modern decor in the room and the convenience of New York City public transportation. The staff was accommodating, and the valet parking was worth the extra cost. The neighborhood offers a diverse selection of restaurants within walking distance. Staying near landmarks like St John's Episcopal Church and Dyker Heights enhanced our family bonding, and the hotel's emphasis on relaxation added to our enjoyment.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were not just comfortable, they were mind-blowing in size, especially for city hotels. I was amazed by the free wi-fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV kept me entertained throughout my stay. The 24-hour reception was super convenient and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious welcome drink. The hotel also had a spa center, which was a jaw-dropping bonus. The laundry service was a lifesaver and the luggage storage made exploring the city hassle-free. The elevator made it easy to access my room and I loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room for added convenience. The business center was perfect for catching up on work and the express check-in/out made the whole process seamless. Although I didn't have time to try it, having a golf course nearby was an added perk. The continental breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. I also appreciated the wheelchair access and the fact that the hotel was smoke-free. my stay here was beyond amazing and I can't wait to come back!

The property seemed clean and the room was non-smoking. Brooklyn district won't disappoint you. Rooms with 2 double beds.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Brooklyn Cyclones game, which is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The lively atmosphere and the exciting game kept us entertained throughout. , the New York Aquarium, a short distance from the hotel, provided a memorable experience for our children with its diverse marine life.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the experience for families with children by offering more kid-friendly meal options in the on-site restaurant.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in New York City. Liked this hotel, had 3 good days here. Lots of food for breakfast including cereals, eggs and hot waffles. Booked a double room, that was provided with a king bed, the curtains which made the room hotter and a sleeper couch.

Despite a few minor setbacks, like some noise during the night and a small issue with room cleaning, the overall experience was satisfactory for our short leisure trip.

Spice things up with a nod to the missing 8:00 AM breakfast and a high security deposit. Despite the back-and-forth, the Big Apple charm and flavors still shone through.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even providing us with breakfast. the location was perfect, with plenty of options for food and shopping within walking distance. We also appreciated the excellent service from the front desk and bar staff, who were friendly and always willing to help.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the water pressure in the bathroom sink was low, and the air conditioning did not work well, emitting a burning rubber smell.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the location is perfect, right in the center of Brooklyn and close to the underground station. I found the rooms to be very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I was more than impressed with the service and amenities offered here.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the hotel room had a slight damp smell, and not being able to open the windows for fresh air was a bit concerning for safety reasons.

we arrived at 4 p. m., rooms were not yet ready and that the hotel is very far away from manhattan. metro station is right in front of the house but there are more than 20 stations until 34th street

Excellent breakfast and service staff. Very well communicated. We loved the area, there is a supermarket at the last metro stop excellent. Surrounded by a multitude of places to eat and shop. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed our first trip to New York being at this hotel. Although a bit far from Manhattan, but being so well connected by subway and having so many trains, it's great. To put something in this field, despite all the good things indicated above, could improve the noise, you hear too much the footsteps of the upper floor, and in general the noises, the only drawback.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Brooklyn for a week to visit family in Bay Ridge. The hotel provided excellent security, with a locked front entrance at night. The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and respectful. They even went above and beyond to offer suggestions for local attractions and provide transportation assistance. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options for all dietary restrictions. Additionally, the availability of a 24-hour microwave was a nice touch for late-night snacks. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were great, and the maid service was efficient and friendly. A special mention goes to the cheerful and helpful Breakfast Guy who made everyone smile.

The reception of the staff, the proximity of the subway (only 1 minute), 40 minutes from Manhattan, the comfort of the room and its space, the equipment such as a real refrigerator, a coffee machine restocked every day, iron. The hotel could use a few more elevators.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants in close proximity. It's also conveniently located in the Bay Ridge area, which was exactly where I wanted to be. Additionally, it's close to the cruise terminal, which was a huge plus for me.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the noise levels in the hallway, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the best western had clean rooms, and it's super close to the subway. the staff gave awesome local tips and were quick with extra blankets when I asked.

The staff at this hotel helped me find a lost jewel on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Spa centre, and a Golf course. I keep coming back for my city trips.

Enjoyed the "memorable" experience of being woken up by the charming sounds of the R train rumbling through the bed. Charming staff and delicious locally-made bagels for breakfast.

Who needs clean rooms or efficient service? Just give me a dusty floor, thin pillows, and snotty remotes.
